D J Slater Ltd were contracted by a private client looking to construct a house designed to sit neatly into the corner of their existing plot. Comfort and space were built into this dwelling with a bright entrance hall hosting a glass balustrading staircase, a downstairs cloakroom, a utility room tucked away with a separate entrance to the house, a large fully equipped open plan kitchen-dining-living area and two ensuite bedrooms. This dwelling offered a large private garden situated in a rural area. This dwelling was constructed over a six-month period.
